【Blogger & Studio Native Upload Compliance】For native videos stored on Platform storage nodes, the uploading blogger or studio entity must strictly fulfill all legal compliance obligations, warranting that all hosted video files, photos, and live materials are legally owned or fully authorized, that all performers are at least 18 years old with valid consent documentation, and that no content infringes copyright, trademark, portrait, or privacy rights or contains non-consensual or unlawful material.

【Supplier Product Compliance】Suppliers warrant that all physical or virtual products, packaging, and fulfillment services listed comply fully with consumer protection laws, trade description laws, safety regulations, and industry standards, and contain no counterfeit goods or prohibited items.

【Entity Accountability & Sanctions】Every blogger or studio entity uploading videos is 100% legally responsible for the files it uploads and hosts. If any violation of law or copyright infringement causes loss to the Platform or any third party (including attorney and litigation fees), the offending blogger, studio, or supplier shall bear full civil, criminal, and indemnity liability. Upon receiving a takedown request or detecting a violation, the Platform will immediately delete the hosted files/media, freeze offending accounts and assets, and cooperate with legal inquiries.
