This Platform contains explicit (18+) and adult-oriented content uploaded by creators. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and access the Platform.

You must pass the Platform's verification Age Gate before entering. If you are under 18 or lack full legal capacity, you must immediately decline and exit the site. Providing false age information is a material breach of these terms, and the Platform reserves the right to terminate your account and seek legal remedies.

To access premium features (e.g., tipping, purchasing goods, uploading content, starting live streams), you need to register and link your account via email or a third-party wallet (such as Privy).

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, Firebase authorization states, and Web3 wallet private keys. Any action performed via your account is deemed to be your own. If you discover unauthorized access or private key leakage, notify the Platform and isolate your blockchain wallet immediately.

The Platform utilizes Love Token (LT) as the exclusive ecosystem token for tipping creators, unlocking premium videos, subscribing to VIP plans, paid messaging, and purchasing marketplace items. LT can be recharged via fiat currency, credit card, or cryptocurrency.

Given the immediate nature of digital content delivery, once an LT recharge is successful or used for tipping/unlocking, the transaction is considered final. No refunds, returns, or cash redemptions are provided, except in cases of major Platform system defects.

【Scope of 'Permanent Viewing' for Single-Video Unlocks & Takedown Provisos】When a user unlocks an individual premium video via a single LT purchase ('Single Purchase'), the 'Permanent Viewing' license grants unlimited repeat streaming access for as long as the video remains lawfully and normally hosted on the Platform. It does not constitute permanent ownership of the underlying media file or an unconditional lifetime hosting guarantee, and is subject to two distinct takedown conditions:

【Proviso 1: Creator Voluntary Takedown — 30-Day Notice Period & Final Viewing Deadline】If the creator or studio who uploaded a paid video voluntarily requests to delete or delist a video that has existing single-purchase buyers, the system automatically enforces a thirty (30) day 'Notice Period' (下架預告期) starting from the creator's takedown request, with the end of the 30-day period serving as the 'Final Viewing Deadline' (最後收看期限). During this 30-day Notice Period: (1) new single-purchases for the video are immediately disabled; (2) existing single-purchase buyers receive a takedown notice with the Final Viewing Deadline displayed on the video card; and (3) existing single-purchase buyers may continue streaming the video under 'My Profile > Paid Videos' until the Final Viewing Deadline expires, after which the video stream and hosted files are permanently removed and viewing access terminates.

【Proviso 2: Copyright Infringement or Rule Violation — Immediate Takedown Without Notice Period】If any paid video is reported by a rights holder, flagged by judicial/regulatory authorities, or determined by the Platform to involve copyright/trademark/portrait rights infringement, minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, or any violation of applicable laws or Sections 5, 6, or 7 of these Terms, the Platform is legally obligated under compliance and Safe Harbor rules to execute an Immediate Takedown (立即下架) and block playback immediately without any notice period or grace period. All legal liability arising from such infringing or violating content rests solely with the uploading creator or studio.

【Purpose of Serving Users & Promoting Internet Resources】Certain video streams displayed on the Platform are indexed via automated retrieval technologies from publicly available internet streams. Our core purpose in indexing external streams is strictly to serve users, optimize search and discovery experiences, and help promote quality internet resources and creator visibility.

【Technical Neutrality & Safe Harbor】With respect to indexed external streams, the Platform functions solely as a neutral search index and technical stream directory. We do not claim copyright ownership over third-party external streams, nor do we exercise prior editorial modification over external sources, operating strictly in accordance with international 'Safe Harbor' principles.

【Copyright Respect & Takedown / Adjustment Requests】To prevent any potential copyright or rights disputes, the Platform maintains an open and responsive application channel. If any copyright holder, original creator, studio, or authorized party believes an indexed stream raises copyright concerns, or if any content requires takedown, link removal, attribution updates, or display adjustments, you may submit a request at any time via our official support channels (Email: [email protected] or Telegram: @4Love_Support). We take all requests seriously and will promptly remove the stream index or make the requested adjustments.

【Open Platform Stance & File Hosting】For 'Native Video Uploads' where media files are directly uploaded to and hosted on our infrastructure, the Platform maintains an open and inclusive environment, providing cloud storage, transcoding, and high-performance delivery for creators and teams worldwide. However, because native uploads involve actual file storage, uploading entities must strictly adhere to legal compliance requirements.

【Absolute Responsibility of Uploading Entities (Bloggers & Studios)】Whether operating as an individual blogger (creator), production/photography studio, MCN agency, or partner studio (including all managed sub-accounts), the uploading entity bears full, independent, and sole legal compliance responsibility for every video file it uploads and stores on the Platform:

【Copyright & Licensing Warranty】The uploading entity (blogger or studio) must verify and warrant that all natively uploaded video files, audio tracks, thumbnails, and metadata are either their original creations or fully licensed from the rightful owners (including rights for public transmission, distribution, and monetization), free from unauthorized reposting or intellectual property infringement.

【Adult Compliance & Performer Consent】The uploading entity (blogger or studio) must strictly enforce compliance verification, guaranteeing that all performers appearing in uploaded videos were at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority) at the time of production and have executed valid informed consent and likeness release agreements. Uploading content involving minors, non-consensual recording, non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, or illegal acts is strictly prohibited.

【Sole Liability & Enforcement】While the Platform provides an open space for creation, any copyright dispute, portrait rights claim, contractual dispute, or civil/criminal liability arising from natively uploaded videos rests 100% with the uploading blogger or studio entity, and the Platform bears no liability therefor. Should a violation cause the Platform to incur third-party claims, fines, or legal expenses (including attorney fees), the uploading blogger or studio shall fully indemnify the Platform. Upon discovering a violation or receiving a valid takedown request, the Platform reserves the right to immediately delete hosted files, remove listings, and suspend or freeze the offending blogger or studio accounts.

You agree not to use the Platform to post or transmit any content that constitutes fraud, money laundering, malicious defamation, violence advocacy, illicit drug trade, or compromises Platform security.

Without explicit authorization from the Platform or rightful owners, users may not use automated scrapers, screen-recording tools, or decryption utilities to pirate protected premium content; violations will result in immediate account termination.
